Refund Policy for Stourbridge Glass Museum, BGF Trading, British Glass Foundation

The British Glass Foundation Charity and BGF Trading, trading as Stourbridge Glass Museum values your patronage and strives to ensure that our visitors have a positive experience. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we have established the following refund policy to address these situations.

 

 

Tickets purchased for general admission to the museum are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend on the date of your ticket, please contact us, and we may be able to reschedule your visit for a later date (subject to availability).

 

Tickets are refundable up to 7 days prior to the event, workshop or program. However, if you are unable to attend, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will do our best to offer you a credit for future events (subject to availability).

 

Donations made to the British Glass Foundation Charity are considered final and non-refundable, as they support our mission and programs. We appreciate your generous support.

 

In the event that Stourbridge Glass Museum cancels an event or program, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future date or event.
